Leading Balaji Bhavan is Balaji N. Mani, an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. Born and raised in South India, Balaji has an intimate understanding of the region’s cuisine, enriched by his education in hotel management from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai (IHM Chennai). His culinary journey also includes working as a chef at the renowned Taj Group of Hotels, India, where he further refined his skills and deepened his expertise in the art of South Indian cuisine.
